P.O.V. baby.

Is your work meaningful? Hell yes. But are you actually creating the impact you want with it, yet?

Are you a standout, multi-talented entrepreneur? For sure. But is your business lighting up the landscape the way you know it should?

Do you have gifts to share? Mais oui. But have you designed income streams that showcase those gifts, and gush profits in your direction?

Uuuuh.
That’s what I thought.

Back to a fall day in Manhattan.
When I first got introduced to archetype tracking, it was in a very shiny boardroom on 5th Ave. Lots of sharp edges, suits, and me. I thought they were joking – that as the upstart young exec from hippie country, I was about to become a new age punchline for these hardened suits.
But then they breezed right on by me, and rolled out the incredible, global research on archetypal branding.
People were on a search for meaning, and big brands were rushing to fill the void the way we’ve always done, across cultures: through story.

The suits were tracking how well people connected to each brand, how deeply each company and its audience understood one another – the great divide.

It cracked my world open.

P.O.V., baby.

I’ve learned the hard way as a marketing director, theater director, and coach to treasure branding and embrace the P.O.V.
My own businesses each suffered or thrived by my understanding of archetypal stories in business, and so have my clients’ – Fortune 500’s and solopreneurs alike.

It’s a way to articulate the main convo you’re having with your audience already – the part that’s working. A way to encapsulate your big story that you’re already living, and turn your instincts into a marketable brand of genius that helps you stand OUT. It also clarifies what way your audience wants to buy from ya – how they learn, what they’re dying to get from you.

This is about you, darling. What you have to give. And making that profitable.
You need your P.O.V.

This is how I built my biz to a quarter mil in my first year online. This is why I have conversion rates that make seasoned marketers blush. This is why my audience comes to me, for my gifts, without fanfare and endless emails. At luxe price points.
And I’m gonna to teach it to you.

Take the guesswork out of your brand.

Simplify your message.

Zoom in on the area that you’ll do your best work in.

Learn to anticipate challenges and opportunities for both your audience and your business.

Learn the hot spots your audience will want filled by only you, and the context they’ll be happiest to pay you in.

Once in the Studio, your individualized P.O.V. Book cracks this open for ya.

For now, you get to take the P.O.V. shot , TODAY. A tight questionnaire that shines a spotlight on your P.O.V., and hints at what’s waiting for you…

It is all about P.O.V., isn’t it? It’s the beginning, the ending, and the middle. Finding out my P.O.V./brand archetypes last Fall in Action Studio was the thing that broke my whooooole business open for me . . . in the best of ways.

Can’t wait ’til those P.O.V. questionnaires land in our Inboxes today!

BTW, I’m hosting Sinclair on a free call tonight {10 PM EST/7 PM PST} where you can win a chance to get hot-seated LIVE by her on the call about YOUR unique combo of brand archetypes. Here are the deets for those who are interested: http://bitly.com/eVhqDg

Ok, you asked for confessions – I’m embarrassed to admit that I consider myself really special and talented, even savvy, but I don’t have a clear brand yet. It hit me like a ton of bricks as I read this – I really don’t know how my audience would know what I’ve got for them. Really looking forward to the questionnaire, I definitely need it!
    Thanks again.

  • Sinclair

Great honesty, Jessie! So glad you’re noticing what’s next for you – and glad you’re with us. ;)
Can’t wait to see your results on the fb page, once you take the questionnaire!
    warmly,
    Sinclair

Finding my P.O.V./Brand archetypes brought clarity to my life as well as business. I love being clear about who I want to work with and why (the WHY is the most important part for me).

Gini – Agreed. It was a welcome overflow and brought all the pieces together. Business, life, love, all flowing together.

My passion is the non-profit sector. Not sure how you can millions out of that one. I’ve struggled mightily to stick with just coaching but time and time again I’m drawn back into this niche. So I’ve given up. I coach through a non-profit organization and am on several boards. I see a HUGE need to revamp and reorganize how non-profits look and work. But like I said, I don’t see Millions ever coming of it…except for millions of thank you’s and smiles

    Sinclaiiiir,

I am always amazed at the intensity and amazingness of your simple but laser focused message. I am great at helping people find their gifts and I feel like point of view is cery clear but I do think that it needs ultra-refinement for maximum amazingness. Wish I could do this amazing action studio + hope to get equally illuminated in our work together!

It is not surprising that Story has such a large impact.

    It does.
    On Everything.

And Archetypes build the Universe, so why wouldn’t they be Powerful Stuff?

    I’ll tell ya what tho’.

Knowing all this doesn’t mean I didn’t just nearly fall off my perch in surprise at what I found – and didn’t find – in the results.

Apparently, I am writing a different Story than I thought.

Not the first time, but one with a HUGE potential for impact.

Thank you for the tools of discovery. :>

    *flying away to ponder now*

I worked in non-profit for many years and I agree there is a definite need to reorganize how non-profits look and work. I think that maybe part of the issue could be that for the majority of the people who work in this arena, their passion is people not systems. So therefore there is a lot of focus on needs of the people and the needs of the organization take a back seat. In my experience there is a huge need in the non profit arena for people who are passionate about helping people but also realize that the best way to stretch resources is to have systems in place that are efficient and build on successes rather than starting anew each time.

  • http://Rewired2Change.com Maureen

I agree whole-heartedly and I am passionate about people and systems. Looks like I got my work cut out for me. However I was surprised that Hero was one of my archetypes and I often get told that. Funny how everyone knew it but me. That also makes sense why Caretaker wasn’t one of mine because although I love the people who do the work I realized that unless systems aren’t in place these people burn out trying to do it all.

  • http://Rewired2Change.com Maureen

Got it! Ashely sent it via Twitter. Thanks for checking

  • http://Rewired2Change.com Maureen

Check out http://www.innovativecommunties.org I work with these people and they are all about both: people and systems. I love this org.

  • Linda

I put my details in the box, but I didn’t get the questionnaire… :(
