One mother f-ing tall order.

I’m blown away by the productivity of the Action Studio launch conversation – I’m a right-now kinda girl, so I love that the new launch pieces have been so helpful for ya, as brief a glimpse as they are into the Studio itself.

It’s so important for us to have this mindmeld, because of that bar you’ve set so high for yourself. You know what I’m talking about -

Your business must be personally delightful, widely impactful, and profitable, on your terms.

So, great. You don’t want to settle. Now it’s time to get real about what that takes.

Because that is one motherfuckin’ tall order.

1. You’ve got to have a crystal-clear central business story that all of your efforts stem from. No vague bullshit, no cookie-cutter stuff – a tight proposal for your peeps that’s explicit about the value that only you can provide them, that’s so worth their hard-earned cash. So you stop squandering their attention stirring up interaction, and provide real engagement.

Your business must provide value and impact, period. Clear, explicit, incredible value. (Anyone getting nervous about that? Don’t worry darling, it’s hidden in your gifts, and in your business story. You’ve got the goods.)

2. Then you’ve got to build several income streams off that central business story – it’s the most profitable way for you to serve your customers over time (and the respectful way for them to be supported). No more of this up-and-down, at-the-edge-of-a-financial-precipice stuff. Ante up and build out several ways to get income, both passive and service-based, so that you finally get to breathe like a normal human being, instead of having these huge highs and lows.

Get to know their journey with you – become a fledgeling expert on it, and design out each income stream to meet them at a point along the way.
(In the Studio we zero in on a single point in time for them – what are their problems right then, how have I intuitively helped them before and after that point? What shiny implement in my personal toolbox is just right for them in this moment?)

They want an experience of THEMSELVES, and assisting them to that experience by using our biggest gifts – that’s true service. That engenders loyalty.

So an income stream is about meeting them WHEN as much as WHERE – and we can stack income streams fairly quickly as soon as you get to understand your archetypal story, and how to pace your audience through it.

Just like I’m doing with Action Studio – we may already adore each other, or be complete strangers, it doesn’t matter.  You’re signing up to get an experience of yourself. You know that the content, the structure, the relationship, the end result – those are things you’ve got to have, for you and your biz. But it has almost nothing to do with me – I get to provide the experience, which is a perfect fit for my gifts, but it’s about you, and you know it.

Do the same.

You’ve got to get really comfortable walking in your customers shoes. Your passion is hypothetical to the world, until it’s paired with deep respect and awareness of how that can serve your biz community. Profitably – otherwise it’s a hobby.

To that end –

I’m opening a scholarship contest today for entry into Action Studio II.

Yup it’s kinda short notice – that’s because I don’t want you taking time to agonize over your entry for days. I’m not about squandering your attention, I’m about activating your intention. And THAT you can rock out. THAT’s worth our time together. ;)

Wowowow. You called me on it, so true. I am totally doing that – expecting all of that to come into place, but I don’t really know how to make it happen.
I just checked the scholarship – 250 comments!?!? Geez lady, you are on fire. Going to go add my name to the list because hey, you never know, right?
    Best,
