For juuust a little while, I have left you out of the loop.

Not cuz I wanted to – I didn’t actually have words to share this with you before. It was just too damn close to my heart to put it out, even to you, beloveds. I invited people I knew would get it – grads and insiders, and they snapped it up.  And I flirted with sharing it with you, but it just had to cook a little bit more.

It’s precious material to me, hard-won and worthy of awe and wonder. I’m talking about my Big Thing – my way of wooing the jetstreams into a whole new sweeping current and tide.

It’s a shift I lay awake at night willing into being. A community of leaders who know they’re enough, know what they’ve got to give, and joyously share it through structures that benefit everyone.

Structures that give and grow and give in all directions.

Forgive me for taking it so personally and taking some time – I just don’t know any other way. Now I’m ready to invite ya’ll in.

I had to find the right words so we could talk about true profit without gimmicks, and without a glossy sheen of false elevation. The heartbreaking way. I couldn’t find a mentor that I didn’t burn through in 10 minutes. (I have missed my Papa something fierce – my business mentor has been gone for too many years to rely on just memories.)

So I have searched, and earned each stripe slowly. (When you’re playing with jetstreams, it’s worth it.)

$310,000 worth of professional training, 4 successful businesses of my own and 1,100 coached entrepreneurs later, I’m ready to share the structure with you too. (I adore my life, and I’ve built my business to serve that, not the other way around. Have you?)

I’ll cop to it – I have made it hard for you share this until now by keeping my group experiences limited. I had to get you ready for this bigger piece, step by step. And to be brutally honest, I had to be sure that this is the right arena to share my life’s work.
